Every product lists compatible boards (Raspberry Pi 5 / 500 / Zero 2 W / Pico 2) in its info panel and the Resources tab. The product list can also be filtered by compatible board. If you are still unsure, send your board model and use case through the contact form and we will advise during business hours (9:00-18:00 on weekdays).

Kits and modules state their included materials in the Resources tab — typically wiring notes, sample code or lab guides. Documentation is delivered digitally, with access instructions on the printed quick card.

In-stock items ship within 1-2 business days after order confirmation; pre-orders follow the date shown on the product page. Domestic orders default to SF Express or JD Logistics, while overseas shipping is agreed during order confirmation.

Boards and modules carry a 12-month warranty; moving parts in kits such as motors and servos are typically covered for 6 months, as stated in each product's After-sales tab. During the warranty period we cover return shipping and repair or replace non-human-caused defects. Consumables like propellers and ribbon cables are excluded.

The site currently collects order intentions: after you submit your shipping and contact details, we confirm items, freight and payment method with you within one business day before collecting payment and shipping. This lets us verify compatibility and quantities first, reducing wrong purchases.

Choose Bulk purchasing on the contact page and include your institution name, quantities and required delivery date. We provide a bulk quotation, contract template, corporate bank transfer and invoices, plus selection lists and lesson-hour suggestions for lab builds.

Your cart is stored in the current browser and survives refreshes and restarts until you submit an order or clear it manually. Switching devices or browsers, or clearing browser data, requires adding items again.

The Chinese interface shows CNY prices and the English interface shows USD prices. These are separate list prices rather than live currency conversion; the settlement currency is confirmed with your order.

Orders can be updated or cancelled before shipment confirmation. Send your order number and the change through the contact form; shipped orders follow the return process.

Photograph the issue within 48 hours of delivery and send your order number via the contact form. After verification we reship or replace the item at our cost. Packing lists are in the Specs tab of each product page.

Robot cars, arms and drone kits are assembled by the buyer using the included drawings, hardware and manual, with remote assembly guidance available. Boards, modules and cables are plug-and-play.

Boards run Raspberry Pi OS and other mainstream Linux distributions; microcontrollers support MicroPython and the C/C++ SDK; robot kits ship ROS2 workspace source. See each product's Resources tab for details.

Yes. All accessories are sold separately — just check the compatible boards listed on the product page. If you already own a board from another brand, confirm interface and power specs with us before ordering.

Yes. For overseas orders we agree on carrier, lead time and duty handling during confirmation; kits containing lithium batteries require separate confirmation under shipping regulations.
